By accessing or purchasing from theunrivaledbrand.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy, which together form the entire agreement between you and us.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Use
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
Section 2 — Products and Fulfillment
The Unrivaled Brand operates a global e-commerce business. Our products are sourced and fulfilled through a curated international supplier network. Items may ship directly from international fulfillment partners and arrive in supplier-branded packaging.
We have made every effort to display product colors, images, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, fabric, and construction may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances. These variations are not grounds for return.
All sizing is unisex unless otherwise stated. Sizing may run small relative to standard US, Canadian, and Australian sizes. Buyers are responsible for reviewing size guides before ordering.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, discontinue products, and modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Section 3 — Orders and Billing
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before fulfillment processing begins, whichever comes first. Once an order has been forwarded to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled. Refund requests after fulfillment must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Section 4 — Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-9 business days, with a total order-to-delivery time of approximately 6-13 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier handling, weather, or factors outside our control. We do not offer refunds for delayed delivery within stated windows.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country's customs authority. For UK and EU orders, applicable VAT is included in the product price and handled by our fulfillment partner under the UK and EU marketplace facilitator frameworks. Any additional duties charged by customs authorities are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items held by customs.

Section 5 — Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return costs and issue a replacement or refund at no cost to the buyer, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

The Unrivaled Brand name, logo, original written content, and original brand assets on this website are the property of The Unrivaled Brand and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Product images and designs may be provided by third-party suppliers or sourced from licensed stock libraries.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, or use our brand name, logo, or original written content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or brand assets is strictly prohibited.
Section 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Section 10 — Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us at sales@theunrivaledbrand.com to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and to provide delivery confirmation, transaction records, communication history, and proof of fulfillment to payment processors and card issuers.
Customers must allow at least 7 business days for us to respond to and resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback.
Section 11 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Unrivaled Brand and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You and Unrivaled agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
