- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on your location. Don't worry — we'll provide the return address and detailed instructions once your return is approved!
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please email us at sales@theunrivaledbrand.com and include:
- Your order number
- Three clear photos of the product
- The reason for the return
If your return request is approved, we'll send you full instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Once shipped, please share the tracking number and shipping carrier used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items 📦
Got an issue with your order? We've got you.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos — we'll review the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
